DNS hole in Microsoft windows

Microsoft hasĀ  published a security advisory affecting DNS servers running on microsoft windows 2000 and 2003-sp2 included. DNS servers running on port 53 are not affected but the RPC service is affected so if your system is widely exposed you are screwed up. Well the worst thing is MS has not yet released a patch as yet. There are reports of a worm propagating that expoits this flaw now lets see how bad it gets, I bet if we encounter one more issue at this point in DNS which will actually affect the dns servers running on port 53 I can actually see another blaster coming..
